Dear Employees of Organizations. It is important that every fresher gets a right job & they too experience what we got, when we started our career. I personally feel that each one of us can play a role in creating more jobs. Can we expand our individual roles & responsibility, so that there is an opportunity for one more person to join our team? For example, if you are in Sales, can you find more opportunities and more markets to concentrate, so that your territory becomes a ‘2 person territory’ instead of one.
