Dear Empower ME Yoga Family, A gracious Yogini, who is quite ill and unable to attend my Silent Yoga & Meditation Retreat this weekend at Shanti (near Kingston), is generously donating her retreat registration to someone who really wants to have this experience. The benefactor of this act of kindness has asked to remain anonymous. We are offering this retreat to the first person who is able to confirm their participation by contacting Kim by email kim@empowermeyoga. If you are able to make this happen, you could also consider bringing a friend with you and split the free retreat... you would each pay 1/2 of the regular retreat fee. The retreat starts tomorrow evening (Thursday) and ends Sunday at around noon. For logistics information, please contact Kim via the same email provided above.
