Dear Everyone, I study Fine arts in the Netherlands. I am looking for two roommates here. I have took a look at the apartment. Its a unfurnished one. It locates on Willem Beukelszstraat, 7 stops to get Rotterdam centraal. (like 20 min ) 115 m2 (for whole building) 3 room and 1 living room (I would like to make them into 4 roomn now, Becasue then we can save some money from the rent) Registration is possible for three people. And the price is EUR 900 (Not including gas, water, electricity) The landlord said the those fee might charge 150 a month for a family. And this morning he just told me there is a fee about garbage cleaning, it charges 500 for a year (that is about 40 for a month). and the Internet is about EUR 30/m So. 900 +150 +40 +30=1120 There are two floors in this apartment, the living room is located at first floor, and so the kitchen and the toilet/shower, but they are independent. I think the price might be like this: A. The biggest one(living room, really really big): EUR 480 B. The second biggest one(with a balcony and the very good view): EUR 340 C. 3rd room(7 m2): 160 4rd room(6 m2): 140 The last two rooms are like 6 and 7 square meter. They used to be the owners daughters room . I think this two rooms should be rented together, then you can have a bedroom and a place to study or work. And there are the rules from the owner(but not mine): Neat, clean. Student who can pay the rent on time(EVERY TIME). One year contract. So, If you have interesting, want to share the apartment with me, PM me. Told me which project you like( A. B. or C. ), personally I prefer B or C. And please use some exaggerated words. This part is very important, I have to know how you express yourself, Because we are going to be roommate... And what do you like to do when you are free. And maybe more about yourself.
