Dear FACE UAE, Last Friday, 5th of July was a memorable day! In the morning, in FACE UAE in Sharjah recognition day in Al Seef Hotel, we have Hon. Delmer R. Cruz, Labor Attche for Dubai and Northern Emirates as our Guest Speaker. We have also the presence of our very supportive Asst. Labor Attache, Hon. Maria Corazon Venus Abad. In the evening, in FACE UAE in Al Ain in Rotana Hotel, we have, as Guest speaker, Hon. Angel L Borja Jr., our new Labor Attache from Philippine Embassy. Along with our Labor attaché is his lovely wife, Mrs. Edna Borja. They were accompanied by Hon Delia S. Palomar, Asst. Labor Attache and by Ms. Daisy Estrella, Administrative staff of the Philippine Embassy. Both Labor Attaches delivered very inspiring and informative messages. All of them stayed in each entire program. Sirs and Ma’ams, thank you ! Indeed, FACE-UAE is truly special ! To the Training team of both Sharjah and Al Ain, in behalf of the EXECOM, we sincerely thank you for your commitment and support in the concluded season of our Skills Upgrading Program (SUP) in both places. We hope to see you again next seasons. To all who had took part in the Recognition Ceremony, thank you very much for making it orderly and memorable: the program and production team, venue and stage decoration team, the lights and sounds team, the documentation team, the registration team, ushers/usherettes and marshals, emcees and presenters. To those who rendered intermission numbers and messages thank you for making the program entertaining and lively. Congratulations to all for another job well done. My appreciation to officers of FACE-UAE, for their guidance and support to the organization. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the success of the 115th Philippine Independence Day month-long celebration held in Abu Dhabi. It was 4 Fridays of fun-filled activities for everyone; Parade of banners, stage competitions, games, seminars and workshops, and recognitions of Overseas Filipinos. FACE-UAE has done a very big role in the event as the Overall Chairman, being guided by our club adviser Ms. Ollie Pineda and with the entire leadership of our Executive Vice President Ms. Angeline May Socion. To all FACE members who helped; THANK YOU ! For the continuation of our SUP, please do campaign for the next season.
