Dear FB diary, I dont befriend and tend to be close and approachable with my or some students for nothing and for no useful and important purpose. It is actually my way of reading them and observing their personalities in and out of the classroom. For that, i am able to know and understand their needs and inadequacy, strengths and weaknesses, and differentiate their true selves from their fake selves...because I always believe that the REAL ATTITUDE, UNMANIPULATED BEHAVIOR, MANNERS, GESTURES OF DEALING WITH OTHER STUDENTS AND PEOPLE, AND PERSONALITIES and IDENTITIES of learnerS are always differentiated the moment those are expressed and exhibited in and out of the classroom... Realizing these makes me improve my teaching insights and ways daily... Mostly, young persons tend to express their real beings whenever they are not restricted always inside the four walls we call classroom. They usually do freely and seemingly exhibit their true identity and personality and attitude basta mugawas na sa classroom.. Ugsa bitaw dli ko magpa late sa flag ceremony..to observe many students and their diverse beings..hihi... It is my secret in dealing well with some people.haha..:> Thanks :)
