Dear FB family and friends, I need a favor. If you could keep my 102.5 year old grandmother and my parents (both in their 80s) in your thoughts, prayers, or any positive vibes you channel. It has been a very long, stressful spring and summer with grandma in and out of hospitals and nursing homes/rehab centers. She is mentally sharp, but physically frail. She was just discharged from a week in the hospital being treated for pneumonia and sent back to a nursing home for continued rehab on her hip--which was replaced in early August after she fell and fractured it. Grandma is down in the dumps and just wants to go home. Unfortunately, she requires more care than my parents can give right now. Please send some positive energy her way.
