Dear FB friends, FYI, so you do NOT take it as personal when we are gone, we have decided that we will be offing of FB in the very near future! What we felt used to he a very good medium for marketing our horses through, has become somewhat discouraging and a waste of time. We do NOT see even a 1/4 of our friends posts anymore, and if we do, they are from 24-48 hours ago. My daughter has like 100 friends on Instagram for instance, and will manage twice the activity (LIKES & COMMENTS) that we are with 1000 FB friends from one of my exact same pix. What we may do, is start a new page solely dedicated to Silverado Colt Company, somewhat like JAC DANIELS NEAT & WIMPCHESTER 73 has. I also think, that there can be a real danger in solely relying on FB to market horses, something we can all fall prey to because its free, or is it free when your not selling anything & getting 1/2 price offers?? All in all, we know that REAL changes need to be made if we are to survive, and its not gonna come from the new format FB
