Dear Facebook Friends, most of which i personally know... i would like to say thank you for my birthday blessings and at the same time let you in on my birthday day or even a bit on my birthday year... i am celebrating this year with my first bout of the truly famous India diarrhea. i took a big risk in coming to an internet cafe but i was anxious to see the letters from the people i love on my birthday. i am trying not to get excited as it is not good for my digestive system at the moment. the good news is that i am on the last day of heavy antibiotics that i was persuaded to take. which means tomorrow, life might look different=). on another note, i would like to thank existence on what i would call my birthday year! India has been a very serious gift to my soul. the experiences i have had are not easy to articulate in a FB wall post. But in summary, I saw god a few times.
