Dear, Facebook friends Today i want to something about my heart thinking.Pchhle 1 mahine me 3 bar petrol ke kemat badha hai ,kiyonki government ka kahna hai ke desh ke sabse bari oil company Indian oil corporation limited(IOCL) lose me ja raha hai. IOCL ko lose me jane ka sabse bara cause crupption hai.Crupption ek aisa virus hai jo hamare country ko hollow kiye ja raha hai chahe kise bhi tarah ke lose ya koi bhi field ke baat ke jaye. jab IPCL Vadodara, goverment ke under take tha to kafi lose me ja raha tha, government ne isse scrab ke value me shell kar diya,aur aaz jab Relience ke under hai to ye profit me hai.jahan tak mujhhe malum hai Relience apne hand me lene ke baad sabse pahle usne wo employ ko hataya jise apne duty aur zimmedari ko lekar koi sincerity nahi tha.Aisa nahi hai ke private me cruption nahi hyai. Ab jaise koi bhi tender (either any types of project or maintenance) pass hota hai to bas ye maan ke chle ki only 50% hi money invest hui hai,baki 50% money required materials kee quality low, aur quantity minimum kar.........,cruption ka hissa banaya jata hai otherwise tender hi cost se twice or thrice kar ke pass kiya jata hai.Low quality aur minimum quantity ka Running plant me kiya effect hoga aap sab log samaghh sakte hain. Then,is it not cruption ????? Koi bhi private ltd company apna equipment kise private oil company ke mukable government take oil company ko twice,thrice or forth times zyada value per sale karti hai.How it can possible?,Because saller and buyer both are manage.kabhi-kabhi private ltd companies apna vendor value bhi client dekh kar decide karti hai, jisme IOCL ka lakhon ,croron rupeya extra invest hota hai. Well and stick management nahi hona bhi IOCL ko lose karane ka cause hai.jaise manpower ka miss use hona, 1 job pe bahut sare manpower hona, workout permit me delay hona to sabse bara problem hai, different-diffrent maintenance department me aapsi talmail ki kami hona etc. Government lose hone ka sabse bara cause world market me kachche oil ka cost increase hona batati hai.Agar government iss cruption ko 100% me se 50% tak bhi control kar le to sayad one month me 3 times increase na karna pare aur desh ki sabse bari oil company(IOCL) lose me nahi jayega. Aakhir crupption ka ye logic kaise success ho pata hai, 4nds yaha aapas me mannage hota hai.I do not want to say about that persons, that who r involve and how he manage the cruption logic.You are a geneius and you can understand. Aise cruption to ek national-international toppic hai.
