Dear Family and loved ones... I have recently been told that I was being unfriended by someone that thought I was attacking police officers... that was not ever my intent.... I know and have many officers as friends and family... I was trying to defend the Ferguson Police officer saying that he was attacked by a thug... and I believe that with all my heart... and the other case of the choke hold.. I believe that when police are taught to be tough as they have to when dealing with criminals... the criminals are not going to just give up if a police officer comes to them and says put your hands up.. obviously... the police need to be strong.. and they are taught to.. sometimes it comes off as too strong.. but they have to be... as that is their job to keep the criminals from getting the upper hand.. and trust me the criminals will if they think the officer is weaker ... that is a fact... so what I meant by previous posts.. is... that they have to be strong.. and do their job.. they are also some of the best people in the world.. they put their jobs on the line... now mind you.. if someone is saying that they cant breathe.. I think the officers should at that point make sure which is what I believe the officers tried to do after they got a huge man on the ground that was NOT going to give himself up easily... they have to do that.. if people would teach their children to have respect for the officers.. then they would not have all the problems they have now.. and it was surely not how I intended to say it and did not come out the right way... I apologize to all I unintentionally hurt by my words when I was angry at someone online that did not understand my meaning.. and after reading some things I realize it did not come out the way I wanted... or was even thinking.. I am sad to see so many thinking it is okay for thugs to attack officers and in one post.. I clearly saw an officer slapping at a homeowner that was taping him... I felt that was wrong... I stated if anyone wants to be upset about a cop doing something wrong ... that is an isolated incident and they were clearly at the home because the people were thugs but .... to slap at the camera and person was wrong... but most police officers would never do that.. so that was what I was trying to say... if I offended anyone I am truly sorry
