Dear Florida Keys visitor (or resident if this pertains to you). When you visit our home (Keys) please do not leave your trash in our yard (fishing holes, jumping bridges, hiking trails, boat ramps) take out what you bring in and it would be really good form to take out extra. Do not leave loose trash in your boat as you drive down the highway, it flies out and goes in the water. Please do not use my home as your personal toilet, I know emergencies happen some times but if you are going to party, fish, swim, or just relax for a few hours prepare for it. Use a bucket and take it with you! It is disgusting and I dont want to see or smell it. Please pick up your bait, chum, fishing line, and fishing hooks. Our furry children love to eat that stuff and hooks in stomachs are not good. Broken glass on dogs paws are pretty damaging too so please dont break glass at or favorite places. Dont throw your chicken and rib bones on the ground. Dont block the gas pumps or boat ramps. We have to get to work, daycare, post office, grocery store, etc. and speaking of that, dont drive 25 miles an hour to enjoy the view, pull over and enjoy the view. This is a special and unique place and we would like it to stay that way. If you agree with this post please feel free to share it on you timeline.
