Dear Flow Trinidad and Tobago, I am unsatisfied with the level of disruptions in my broadband service. Dont worry though I have court clothes and a solution. Ive worked out my billing by the minute to be approx. $0.005, and come next cycle, I am going to take note of the exact time and duration that my service is lost for just so both you and I can have something to reference; I will also be deducting this from my monthly bill.
