Dear Followers, With respect to following email from IIBA(R), we are not going to discontinue the use #IIBASL hash-tag and adopt #IIBASLChapter hash-tag. Additionally they have forced to change our twitter handle from @IIBASL to @IIBASLChapter. IIBA(R) Sri Lanka Chapter Team of Volunteers wish to beg for pardon for any inconvenience caused by this change while we believe the need to support IIBA(R) enforcement. As a result of discussions we had with Dave, we got to know that as a official chapter of IIBA(R), Sri Lanka Chapter holds the right to use IIBA in our logo and communications while always including the Chapter. Additionally we believe IIBA(R) is not single outing Sri Lanka Chapter and IIBA(R) will enforce this rule on other chapters around the world who do not use the Chapter word due various reasons including to save 8 characters in 140 characters allowed in Twitter.
