Dear Foot Locker, If you are going to try and buy me off with a $10 off code because you have a horrendous communication/liability policy between your corporate side and your brick and mortar store side....dont you think maybe, just maybe it should show up in my email long before 35 minutes has passed? (did that get lost too?) And furthermore, due to the incompetence of the employees in both your watertown AND cambridge stores, I now have to wait another potential 5 days to receive my boots, maybe, just maybe, it would behoove you to expedite my order? For 3 decades you have had my business. Thinking maybe its time I broke it off. #poorservice #getittogether
