Dear Friends - Thanks to a generous gift to The Daily Iowan, we are able to send four students to Washington, DC over Spring Break as part of our Ethics and Politics Initiative. Cori Zarek, former DI Editor-in-Chief, has helped create a fabulous itinerary. (Thank you Cori!!!) Our young journalists will be meeting with Iowa legislative staffs, DNC and RNC officials, and getting a White House tour. They also hope to tour some professional newsrooms.
