Dear Friends, Congratulations! If you are reading this, it would appear that we have all made it to today... Incredibly, all of the neccessary conditions within our minds, our bodies, this planet & the entire universe, have made it not only possible, but indeed a reality for each of us to be here, right now, living, breathing & capable of sharing this very moment & this very Facebook post... Have you ever stopped to think just how fantastic that really is? How many times do we mindlessly do this same thing each day? How often do we even notice & or appreciate what an incredible gift it actually is? How often do we choose to make good use of these opportunities by adding to the beauty of this world or sadly project & perpetuate so much of our own dissatisfaction, anger & fear instead? I know that this is heavy & powerful stuff to think about... I also know that we have all become quite adept in avoiding & dancing around these questions... We have sadly learned to be oblivious to much of this throughout our lives & downplay/discredit/deny our potential both as individuals & as the family that we actually are, but when we take the time to slow down long enough & truly ponder these things, the sun quickly melts through the ice... Our hearts begin to awaken & the true power & potential we possess begin to reveal themselves... What could be greater than the gift of unlimited potential that is within each of our hearts, lives & minds? My new years wish to all of you is that you not only see this & understand it, but more importantly, embrace it & release this power you have to let it lead you through life... That we might all create & live the lives that each of our hearts long to live... That we might grow through & transcend the confusion, hurt, anger, fear & delusion we so tightly hold in each of our minds... I hope we come to understand that all of this/everything is not only possible intellectually, but that we will allow our hearts to lead us by this most powerful realization... There is no better or more opportune time than THIS very moment to begin this incredible journey My Friends & as if that werent incredible enough, each additional moment to follow will magically bring with it the same... Today is the 2nd day of what could be the best year in each of our lives to this point (Ive been having the best year of my life since 2007)& this depends far less upon what is happening to or around us than weve been tricked into thinking My Friends... Please remember that the things which hurt us or disappointed us last year or yesterday or 5-10-50yrs ago, dont have have to hurt, disappoint or hold us back today... Each year, day & moment carries with it a powerful choice, a brand new slate, a fertile landscape for opportunity, potential, love, happiness & growth, so lets not downplay it, ignore or waste it... Dont wait till the next new year or even tomorrow to start thinking, living & being the you that you want to be... This doesnt necessarily have to be some huge change such as a divorce, quitting your job or moving to another country... It starts by simply slowing down, breathing, feeling, being, connecting with yourself & the world around you, feeling your heart, listening to it, trusting it & allowing it to form the attitude, thoughts & opinions that will without fail create & lead you through a happy, healthy life... Every single moment is an opportunity to connect with your mind, your life, your heart, your soul & your dreams & the self realized & ever expanding version of the you, me & we that we were all meant to be, so heres to doing that, to the best of our ability now & always my friends... Happy New Year, Happy Today & Happy LIFE My Friends... I hope you all realize just how f-ing amazing, incredible, powerful & special you/we are to be here right now in this new year, in this new day, right now, here today
