Dear Friends: I just want to say how ABSOLUTELY blessed I am to have you all in my life. All of my FAMILY. All of my FRIENDS. From my oldest of friends, like Amanda Beatty (who is an amazing person, and the Godmother of my kids), Deanna Durfee and Carol Chadwell...running around Mesle, learning about each other and the way the world works; to Natasha Penner Aiuto who loved (and still loves) my kids as if they were her own; to my very FIRST and BEST friend in NC, who I connected with right off the bat in my first experience with military life; to Stacie McCall Whitaker and Pakalana Apuna...where we would bathe in the sun of Hawaii, raise each others kids (for all intents and purposes) and learn how to live big and forget the small stuff; to Daneil Rae Cox and Jennifer Hodges and my entire PI Crew, Nicole Bright Hardee, Jessie Rudd and Emma Whitmore Phillips(And their hubbies...LORD I miss my crew!) and Rachel Barringer Wilson and all my peeps at MCFTB (EVERY single ONE of you!) who helped me gain confidence in who I am and what I am capable of; to new friends like Kate Dolack who have shed some much needed light when it was (and is) absolutely needed, and Jacey Eckhart (sorry for all the ellipses!) who has been an absolute mentor to me, and Holly Scherer (and company) who have helped me feel....no, KNOW that I can make an ENORMOUS contribution to our community. I really miss my dad....but I find comfort that he is with me EVERY DAY and do you know what he sees? A WHOLE lot of people who care for me so far away from home. I think he feels ok about leaving me on Earth without him because he knows that no matter what: I can contact any one of these people and SO many more if my family isnt available....and I WILL have my needs met. If it wasnt for all these people to support me, and all of you (as well as my hubby and kids), I most certainly would NOT be where I am today....which is much further than I ever expected to be. :) Cherish your friends today. Say something NICE to them. Tell your family you love them today...whether its your biological family or your SURROGATE family....TELL them. They need to hear it just as much as you should say it. ;) I Love my Karlewskis....I Love my LaRowes and I LOVE my military families. THE END! :)
