Dear Friends. I may strike you as a funny out there guy who likes people and likes to make everyone smile and happy and truth is I like doing it. But what many of you may not know is I actually suffer from an illness that cant be seen, it cant be caught by others, is hard to cure and can strike you at anytime in your life, Im talking about Depression its not something you do talk about because youre embarrassed or ashamed that people might treat you differently. You bottle it up inside and eventually it will get the better of you. Tonight I lost it with my friends the people I call family and my girlfriend I scared and worried them all because I bottled it up. Why am I telling you this? Honestly I have no idea.. All I know is that if I had the courage to tell someone sooner it may not of happened so Im urging everyone dont bottle things up talk to someone you trust and who loves you dont make the same mistakes I did.
