Dear Friends, I reached out to Kerala Transportation Minister, his office and KTDFC MD to address about our KSRTC Terminal Situation, Please find below update from them:- 1) KSRTC Bus Station in Thampanoor is partially functioning, especially the KSRTC section. Also, the Tamil Nadu Staffs have fully furnished offices, however based on their interest and convenience they are sitting outside the bus Terminal. Anybody can go and check. So the picture which is circulating is not correct. 2) As you know, KSRTC building has lot of rooms that needed to be rented out for shops, As of now, the shops are not rented out. KTDFC has taken some measures to raise money. So completion of those shops will be based on the occupancy. 3) Slight Delay is happening in the pathway due to construction of a small Kalingu. That will be completed very soon 4)Parking area for busses and associated facilities, and pathway will be completed within four to five months from now, and MD assured that the bus station will be fully functioning within 6 months. ( only a portion of path way, Parking space are left out for completion).
