Did you know CNN recently listed Guyana as the country with the highest rate of suicide again for this year. Yes...it is a shock for us all. How can we help? Please educate your family and friends to look for signs of depression and emotional turmoil...have someone reach out to them...just to talk. The government of Guyana has setup hotlines to call also in case they need someone to talk to. Most importantly...let them know that Life is a Gift and it is Precious.
