Dear Friends, Im sharing this beautiful blue bloom posted by our friend Dr Edwin Veizaga Vargas, not only because of its incredibly beauty but also to show that blue blooms were already bred many years ago, and not just lately. This one in particular was bred by our friend Lawrence E. Johnson (Larry) many years ago, and it can show very nice tones of real blue ranging from skyblue to true blue especially in hot weather. It can also show in hot weather nice whithish marks, maybe from one of its ancestors (Nat Sheppard). Another especial characteristic of this bloom is that it has in its genealogy Code One, Old Spot and Nat Shepard, and also Thelma Bennell and Muriel. Incredible combination that resulted in this nice blue tone. My congratulations to one of the pioneers in growing some nice blues (Larry). Enjoy!
