We are looking for fresh talent and therefore a Trainee Broker Consultant Development Program is available for unemployed African Black graduates seeking experience and mentorship from established individuals in the Financial Services Industry. The Trainee Broker Consultant Development Program is just one of the ways that Sanlam contributes to the development of talent in South Africa. The program is structured over an 18 month period and will guide the candidate through a process of training, mentorship, on- the- job coaching, functional assignments and focused business exposure within a dynamic and fast paced environment in order to groom and prepare the candidate for success. Essential qualifications and experience: A valid driver’s license is a requirement for the position ■ of the broker consultant and therefore would be required by the end of the 18 month program. ■ Fluent in English Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Business related degree preferably ■ ■ Financial or Investment (Completed in 2012, 2011) Candidates should be unemployed in order ■ to be available for the Trainee Development Program, with no or little work experience. #HereToServeYou!
