Dear Friends, Please help me share this complaint against Hdfc bank credit card Gaurav Uniyal and Sudhir Suvarna and Vishal (dont know his surname) all from the collection department. This to lodge a complaint on facebook and share maximum defaming their name. So i thought Facebook is the best medium as it will affect their image to an great extent. Apparently i had missed 2 payments due to not settling down / reversing my late payment fee charges which i had spoken to HDFC credit card customer care. They had assured me they will call me back but till today no one ever reverted. On and before 22nd Dec 2014 i get continuous harassment calls from the bank everyday on my landline 28*****94 and speaking to my Mother on a daily basis. And finally i get to speak to Mr. Vishal who assured of doing a settlement of Rs. 13000/- . Now the twist: unfortunately i hold a account with HDFC bank of which and Rs.20943/- without any prior intimation was kept on hold on 23rd Dec 2014. I got a letter from bank asking me to call Mr. Sudhir Suvarna (Attached pic: Blue shirt with specs) who himself holds end no. of complaints in consumer court and police station never reverted to any of our calls and simply avoided. Where did the customer service go at this time? I went to the bank at Thakur complex kandivali east Mumbai 400101 and registered a hand written complaint duly stamped by the bank. the bank and me tried calling Sudhir on his mobile but without any success.The bank sent the letter to Mr. gaurav Uniyal who is another unqualified hired thug of HDFC bank. Gaurav spoke to me and assured me that he will call in another hour. he never returned. I and my husband both of us went to the credit card division and met Ms. Pradnya who started shouting at us. Is this how you treat your customers? Gaurav gave reasons and said that he was in a meeting. When i showed pradnya the NC i had filed with the Police against Gaurav and the bank, Gaurav got scared and came out running to meet us. He assured us to help and apologized for all the nonsense happened and for abusing us and for all the inconvenience caused and said Vishal had not updated him or logged in to the system of what conversation he had with me. They threatened me by saying Aap ladki ho na dekho kya karte hain hum I was stunned listening to this and fell off my chair. And what got me to surprise that Vishal had left the organisation and was on a exit period... how the hell did the company and inefficient people like Sudhir and Gaurav put him on this job as he has not done a proper handover. We told gaurav him that we attempted to call him 1000 times but not single time did he bother to answer. He directed me to Mr. Dayanand who called me and sent me a debit letter to sign and assured that the amount will be released post signing and specifically asked me not to mention the date. The letter previously sent to us by bank said if we do not return to Sudhir in next 7 days the amount will be debited. But we called him to which very smartly the bank made sure that all the calls go unanswered and debited the amount. But i would like to bring in their notice that i had made the complaint already. I assure that i will drag the team of cheating and abusing me and defaming their image of showing utter un-professionalism in their work towards handling their customers. I hope they revert at least after reading this. I have also gone ahead with the RBI deputy governor redressal desk helping credit card customers of harassment and abusive messages. No information was given to the me at the time of getting the credit card that due to non payment of money they have a so called damn right to debit amount. I will not spare them at any cost. Please friends share as much as u can and like this post by surrendering your hdfc credit card immediately of not getting in a trap like me. Thnks looking for your support my friends!
