Dear Friends, Rarely do I reach out to my entire database of great friends throughout the world asking for a favor; however, Im asking each of you, on a personal level, to spend a few minutes reading the Mission Statement of my great friend, Walter Olkewics. Currently, hes in a situation where he needs our help and I told him that I have a great group of friends from around the world that I would love to share his story with & if you feel inspired as I do then please share with your friends: Walter Olkewicz MISSION STATEMENT So.... Heres the idea I have. First of all let me say its an idea based on what I feel is my Divine Purpose - all signs just seem to keep pointing there. Why Im here on this planet. Spiritually. An alignment. I want to create a new theatre - a place where you know youre gonna be heading on back to your car at the end of the evening smiling - warmth in your soul - hope in your vision. Up On Stage Not Pollyanna. Some theatre pieces will have conflict, true drama, well....life. But the pieces - no matter what journey each takes us through - will leave us not only on our feet emotionally, but inspired ready to take on tomorrow Empowered Reminded that our spirits are unstoppable. Celebrating the joy of living The thrill of tackling the challenge The power of the human spirit. So many ideas. So many people I want to be part of this. For years Ive felt my voice as a writer has been partially Gods whispering in my ear. Im not sure I exactly know how to get this all done. Im not sure I need to know right now. So, I call out to you. If youd like to be part of an adventure, part of a brotherhood of creative artists who simply want to make the world a better place. Then I offer you... UP On Stage I am Robin Hood. Those are words from amazing man who has a passion to continue his dream of acting and he needs our support. Walters a bear icon to many of us and Im proud to call him a dear friend and all Im asking is that you please offer him support in anyway you can. The man has been involved in theatre and film his entire life and it would be awesome if the bear community can come through and offer him the assistance he needs to get his life back on track.
