Dear Friends: Some of you may have noticed my absence from the political scene recently, and heres an update. I have been dealing with some fairly serious medical issues for the last 2 months. I had acute pancreatitis which kept me in hospital for 18 days and then, as soon as I was stabilized, they did gallbladder surgery. The surgery had some complications so the recovery from that has taken longer than expected. Fortunately, I seem to be on the right track now and am hoping (if all continues to go well) to be able to slowly return to doing both Voice of Palestine and other political activities in July.
