Dear Friends, The vision of a few stalwart Physicians of India gave birth to the idea of forming the Association of Physicians of India (API) in 1944 and following the path shown by the stalwarts of API, we a few physicians of Bathinda initiated the formation of Malwa Branch of API in 2013 with the approval and support of parent body of API. API (Malwa Branch) is now a registered association with aims and objectives to encourage and advance the knowledge, study and practice of the science of medicine in all ways. In this pursuit of knowledge we are organizing 1st annual Conference of API Malwa branch ‘MAPICON Bathinda 2014’ on 21st, September 2014 (Sunday) in the state of art auditorium of Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bathinda. Posters are invited for presentation and publication in Abstract book till 1 st Sept, 2014. Two best posters will be awarded cash prizes. On behalf of the Organizing Committee we are pleased to invite all doctor colleagues, PG students, interns and MBBS students to the vibrant city of lakes, Bathinda to attend and participate in ‘MAPICON Bathinda 2014’. We have also kept the poster presentation sessions for those interested to present their scientific papers.
