Dear Friends, The vision of the formulators of the Indian - TopicsExpress

Dear Friends, The vision of the formulators of the Indian Constitution was to develop India into a socialist state. A socialist state is the one that protects and uplifts its weaker sections. It strives to reduce the social and economical inequality between the people. To achieve this goal, our constitution has incorporated several provisions that are in the benefit of the weaker sections of the society. Based on these provisions the central and state governments implement plans or frame laws to turn this vision into reality. Due to the caste system prevailing in India, the sudras have been exploited for the ages. They were denied the right to education and thus were left languishing behind, socially and economically. Such people have been categorized into Scheduled Castes. Tribal communities, who never mixed with the main society, are similarly challenged and are categorized into Scheduled Tribes. Indian constitution envisages a state where everybody is treated equally. Even in the preamble, the constitution strives to provide equality in opportunity. Further, the constitution adopts the concept of like should be treated alike as the basis of equality. Thus, it is very clear that the constitution guarantees special provisions to be made for the betterment of special classes of citizens. In Part XVI, the constitution has laid down several articles that provide preferential treatment to backward classes. There can be several ways through which the condition of backward classed can be improved and reservation is one such way to balance the upliftment of downtrodden society in order to privilege the constitutional rights In my view, reservation, in principle, is an effective means of improving the condition of socially and economically backward classes. Further, since wrongs were done against SC/STs in the name of caste system and Brahmins are trying to confuse that benefits must goes to the really deserving people .As you are well aware that Brahmins are Biksukhs from the ancient day since they are only expertise in Vedas and acquired the adequate knowledge in study but not in actual work like goldsmith ,blacksmith ,Grocery, merchant ,traders they are zero. So my conception is that why not Brahmins should work like a blacksmith and farmers ? This is the basic question to common man but the system adopted by them as a administers &rulers they will not accept the criteria for which i presume to bring upon them and put into practice in natural instinct .Since they are not deserving people in this trade therefore they are not successful to work like our people .Now my debate is that it is very simple to deliver the sentence to end the reservation but in real scenario it is very hardest to accept the condition. I further confirm that we hold to fight for discrimination and to our right as such, we may find our brethren have been separated into different state and government has kept aside in different category likewise sc/st/obc /oc /sbc/vjnt though our culture and tradition are unique but still they are demanding to give the quantified the data for which the government is well familiar about our religion .This kind of delay dallying practice has considered by the Brahmins bureau acts which is not at all acceptable to us. If we talk about the equality of right as amended in the article of constitution then we feel that we the banjara innocent citizen of india is being prejudice and treated very low to get the fundamental right though we are absolute majority in every state as per population of India .Therefore , i think that the judgement can delivered in the supreme court is not fair as per natural justice . Therefore , i urge upon to all the banjara samaj believers to take initiative step to move violently with this realistic approaches and get the sovereignty from the Brahmin rulers and administer those who have make our life miserable in the present scenario also.
