Dear Friends We had a great time in Washington D.C. in August running our first Healing, Signs and Wonders day in the USA. God was mighty. We were helped by a worship team from an evangelical church for the praise and worship and they did a fabulous job. The first session was on the glory and afterwards we had a time inviting the glory and a large number of people had visions of the Lord or the glory. This was followed by mass with Fr Dan Leary which was beautiful. Fr Dan shared some of his testimony and preached passionately. After lunch I spoke on receiving more of the Holy Spirit. This was followed by ministry. There was a wonderful outpouring of the Holy Spirit. It seemed as though almost every person was being touched in one way or another, I dont believe I have ever seen so many people weeping under the touch of God in a single service before. People were shaken and profoundly moved by the power of the Holy Spirit and the love of God. It was really beautiful. Then towards the end something lovely happened. One or two people had begun to laugh in the Spirit. I felt prompted to bring some people to the front and a wonderful grace of joy was poured out. People were laughing with the joy of the Lord many were doubled up and others had tears running down their faces. Some could not stand up. And just when it looked like they couldnt laugh any stonger we would put our hands on them and they would laugh even more. It was literally a case of unbounded joy. In the evening Miracle Healing Service there were about 700+ people present and God poured out an abundance of healings. The deaf were healed, several lame people walked without their canes or walkers. Eyesight was healed and tumors shrank weakness and paralysis in hands and arms etc etc. By the end of the evening we had seen about 29% of the congregation receive an physical healing. This is the largest proportoin we have witnessed in the USA so far. After the miracle time there was general ministry with the laying on of hands from the team. We ended with a beautiful period of praise around the Eucharistic Lord lifted high in the monstrance ensuring Jesus received all the glory. At the very end when nearly everyone was gone 5 Franciscan friars came to me and asked for prayer. In seconds they were on the floor 4 of them filled with the joy of the Lord and laughter and the other deeply enganged with the Lords presence in a holy peace (have a look at the very last photos to see this). Silent adoration of the Blessed Sacrament was available most of the day in a room to the side of the main hall and confessions too were available most of the day. We had a big mix of charismatics and a large body of people who had never attended this kind of event before, many of whom encountered the Lord in new ways. Those in the Renewal were greatly refreshed and reempowered and those who had not experienced the power of the Holy Spirit encountered the Lord in a new and wonderful way. All glory to God! Jesus is alive! We hope that this will be the beginning of many invitations to lead this event across the USA to fan the flame into a fire. If you prayed for this event, thank you.
