Dear Friends, We have a very serious issue at hand. There is a cat abuser running loose at Yishun Ave 4. If you remember one of our cases, Sheldon? Sheldon was found badly injured and rushed to the vet but unfortunately did not make it. This time round, another community cat, Panjang, has been the victim of this abuser. This is the third case of abuse in the area. Panjang sustained trauma to his head and back. Those living in the area, please keep a lookout. The abuser is believe to have strucked in the wee hours of the morning. Our volunteers have been patrolling but to no avail. We need your help too, members of the public. What else can be done to catch this abuser? Please share your comments.
