Dear Friends! We have good news! The National High Court has decided to suspend the decision about Alexandr Pavlov´s Extradition until the 25th of October!. The reason is that they want to get information from the Polish Authorities, regarding the extradition procedure against Муратбек Кетебаев. In particular, they want to know if there has been a claim of extradition against Ketebayev from Kazakhstan, and which has been the result, and whether he has been granted asylum or not. This is a very good news, because it means, at least, that the High Court is doubting and wants to have information directly from polish authorities… Actually this is something that never happens! It is extremely unusual that the High Court revokes the decision taken in first instance, especially in a case of extradition which is a very formal procedure, so the fact that they are thinking about it and asking for information is a good signal…!
