Dear Friends, We raised the issue for non- disbursal of salary for the month of October before Diwali in State Bank Group including our bank at all platform through social media early in morning on 22.10.2014. By end of the day, State Bank of India disbursed the salary including welfare amount to their staff. But the management of our bank has not taken any corrective measure in this direction. The employees of our bank are feeling dark/black diwali this year. It is the duty of the employer to make happy to their employees. We have listen that the management is taking such steps in retaliation of call for work to rule given by the AIBOC for early and respectable pay revision of the Officers. I think, the management has forgotten that this fight for pay increase is being fought for everyone including from CMD to Clerk. It is not only for junior officers. The senior management should also corporate and should take part in this fight. The Association of our bank is keeping mum in this matter. Who is responsible for this black diwali of our colleagues, Management or Association?. The Management of our bank has not performed “EMPLOYER DHARM” and the Association has not performed “TRADE UNION DHARM” on this matter. If both are not improved themselves, the condition of our colleagues will be like PRTC’s employees. Where no salary, no pension. This bank is our own, we have to save it.
