Dear Friends and Colleagues, As you may know one of my dear clients, Mary McCulley is being used by a group of people who have tried to hurt her case. She asked Pam Ragland and the others to leave her alone and stop because she is in prison and cannot defend herself. She never consented to the group formation of AXJ, Ed Vallejo, or the use of her photo in an orange jumpsuit. She never consented to Pam Ragland interfering with her case or the others. The #FreeMaryMcCulley site was not authorized or consented to by her or the radical antics that they were plotting. The only thing she consented to was legitimate publicity in a well established newspaper that would not put her in a false light. Somehow, Pam Ragland obtained the information I have given you - that Mary McCulley is no longer in solitary. That information most likely came from a person posing as a Facebook Friend. When you see posts of Mary McCulley in an orange jumpsuit - those posts have not been authorized or consented to by Ms. McCulley. Ms. McCulley has demanded those photos be removed on several occasions to no avail. Who would choose to use such a photo where she is not happy and well dressed? When you see posts disparaging Ms. McCulleys attorney (myself), those posts have not been authorized or consented to by Ms. McCulley. Also, this office has not created one petition or funding campaign for Ms. McCulley. She has never received any funds nor has she requested any funds. Be careful on here because there is a group that Ms. McCulley was previously associated with, but has not been associated with in a long time on the grounds they started to act against her best interests while she is in this very unfortunate and vulnerable position. We take such occurrences seriously here at the office and such matters will be dealt with appropriately and swiftly. I am having my friend list swept right now. Thank you for your understanding.
