Dear Friends and Colleagues, International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International (ICDR Y&I) is delighted to provide details below of our upcoming programs in Miami, Moscow, Boston, Paris and Kiev. Miami – 11 September 2013 – International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International (ICDR Y&I) is pleased to be hosting its third event in Miami. In connection with the ICDR’s 11th Annual Miami International Arbitration Conference, our event will be held on September 11, 2013 from 4:50 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. The program will be held in the form of small-group round table discussions (Tertulias) about arbitrator disclosures, deliberations and dissents. Discussion groups will be divided into groups that speak English, Spanish and Portuguese so that all attendees may benefit from the various discussions. Summaries will be compiled and shared the following day. The event will feature Anderson Barry, Jones Day (San Francisco); Adriana Braghetta, LO Baptista, Schmidt, Valois, Miranda, Ferreira, Agel (São Paulo); Georgina Fabian, The International Business Law Group (Chicago); Salvador Fonseca-González, Baker & McKenzie (Mexico City); Mauricio Gomm Santos, Gomm & Smith P.A. (Miami); Angus M. Gunn, Borden Ladner Gervais (Vancouver); Samaa Haridi, Weil, Gotshal & Manges (New York); David Lederman, Goodmans (Toronto); Adrián Magallanes, Von Wobeser y Sierra (Mexico City); and Elsa Ortega, Ortega & Gómez Ruano (Mexico City) as Moderators. Stephen P. Anway, Squire Sanders (New York) and Jennifer Gorskie, Chaffetz Lindsey (New York) will be Reporters. The seminar will be followed by a reception for the speakers and participants. Attendance at the Y&I program and reception will be free of charge thanks to the generous support of ICDR. Please find attached a registration form. As seating is limited, please register soon.
