Dear Friends and Family, Ben Harris found These dogs left without food or water for a week, tied in a yard when their owners moved. Black and white is a girl, probably spayed. I can foster them, and get them the vet care they need IF anyone is interested in possibly adopting them. Otherwise, they will be euthanized in 10-14 days, when the investigation concludes. They love people and are very sweet. A small adoption fee and brief home visit required. You can make a world of difference to one dog.
