Dear Friends, and Saints, Prayer is the GREATEST weapon a Christian has been given. Many think praying just a few minutes is all we need. No, this is why Jesus sent you & I the Holy Spirit. We must remember Jesus told His disciples to WAIT until they received the Promise! (Luke 24:49) Joel, told us that we needed the Holy Spirit. Jesus told us we need the Holy Spirit. Paul the Apostle told the early church over and over our need for the Holy Spirit. (Acts 10:44-46) (Acts 11:15-16) (Acts 19:1-6) So why is there such a battle for Christians to be filled with the Holy Spirit and SPEAK in tongues? Do you really think SATAN wants you to talk to GOD? (I Corinthians 14:2) When you speak in tongues NO ONE understands. Like two people from China, when they speak to one another, I cant understand them, they have a special language between the two. Spanish, German, French, and many other languages we dont understand. When we are Born- Again in Christ, we have the wonderful privilege to receive a special prayer language, that is given to every believer, if they ask, so that we can speak directly to GOD Almighty. Its through that wonderful, amazing infilling of Gods Power, mysteries are revealed. To be led by the HOLY SPIRIT. You see all the gifts, flow through the Holy Spirit. Many today, love JESUS, but are working through their own strength, and natural ability, and personality. Yes! You can accomplish many things in your natural ability. And personality doesnt to the END. HOW MUCH more can we the church, get done in the Holy Spirits power and leading? You see, its easy to sit down and watch a movie every night, run through your day doing what you know. But to make yourself, STOP! Sit down, set your clock and JUST PRAY in the Spirit, Speak in Tongues, for an hour or two, its another story. Lets face it, its not easy! The first time I was challenged to speak in tongues at length, it was when I lived in Seoul Korea. Dr. Yonggi Cho, challenged every new pastor, preacher, and evangelist to pray in TONGUES for three hours early EVERY morning. At first I thought, OK, Ill do that, but the TRUTH! It was VERY hard at first. It was hard to get though 1 hour speaking in tongues, let alone 3 hours. Asking Dr. Cho, What was the secret of building the BIGGEST church in the world, a Spirit filled church that preached the WORD with such power? His answer, I pray in TONGUES 5 hours a day. Well, all us young pups, who thought we were so spiritual, just stood with our mouths wide open. Is your vision, worth prayer? Gods will, or your will? Lets start with 1 hour, and work our way up to 3 hours a day. (I Corinthians 2:10) Lets talk to GOD. Dear Pastors, Teachers, Preachers, and Evangelist, I love you.
