Create an equal environment for the youths and children to develop their talents, skills and abilities for moral transformation and future leadership Create international exchange programmes, provide grants and develop Arts and Culture. Make sure that every child and youth will be treated equally and I will be available 24/7 listen to your voice. Create talent base employment opportunities in Fiji and around the world for your children and youth. Provide seasonal work- employment. Provide grants for self-employment in the fields of ARTS, CULTURE and TRADE. More emphasis on agriculture industry will be provided. Provide Technical and financial assistance to local film makers, producers and talented youths to uplift the film production industry and will amend the existing audio visual law to give better and equal opportunities to our people and raise 40% local employment in all international productions in Fiji as a condition of TAX REBATE. Open a national youth centre where every youth will be treated equally and trained in the respective fields which they are interested and all the activities by youths will be supported. Provide career exposure and guidance for secondary school students on yearly basis in to Global Job market and predictions by specialties on employment opportunities in order to reduce the number of mismatch.
