Dear Georgians, Im organizing a non-profit event: Event Name : Poetic Justice - Unity, Humanity 24 Hours Stage Performance for Humanity Messages Venue : Subang Parade, Selangor Time / Date : 9.00pm 11th Oct - 9.00pm 12 Oct 2014 Type of Performance : Performing arts portraying humanity (pentomime, singing, short act, sketch, poem recitals, acoustic performance etc. as long as not touching any issues on race, religion and politic) Guest of Honour : Aman Palestin Ticket price : Sincere donation (100% collection will be handed over to Aman Palestin) Some of the Alumni batch 95, is helping through sales to raise donation (pastry, food, pre-loved items etc) and ill be more than happy if others could lend me a hand via various sort of contribution (passing around the promo is also a way of contributing, planning to come and perform too... yeay!). As my organizing concept is non-profit cost free event, all i ask, is sincerity. Why i say cost free, because everyone currently on the management committee is volunteering. Space is fully sponsored, and a few individuals and my business network already pick up (sponsor) some of the items on the hardware list. We (the committee) and me personally, dont intend to cut any percentage on the ticket collection to cover the organizing cost and to be able to execute the event and making it a reality is through sincere contribution. We dont look for cash sponsor (although some cash would help with the petrol, tol and communication - mobile topups), in-kind items listed in the hardware requirement or anything appropriate (especially drinking water) for the smoothness of the event is highly appreciated.Anyway, i would love to see you all there.. BTW, ASWARA Alumni is inviting their members to perform on stage and some celebrities has given positive feedbacks to perform for the event. If theres a will, Theres always a way...
