Job Description Provide professional advice on Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Schemes, … etc. to customers Follow up on sales enquiries and meet customers to know their needs Prepare quotation as per proposed design and make presentations to customers Project management especially costing and coordination Monitor and liaise with contractors on project progress Ensure all proposed design and timelines are within customers’ expectations Requirements Passion for interior design With/or without experience (relevant trainings will be provided) Service oriented with a positive attitude Excellent communication skills Resourceful, organized and possess creative deposits Sales driven Commission basis We are also inviting interested candidate to join us as Accounts & Admin Assistant. Job Description Process all Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. Update Project Management/Costing folders. Update Bank Book folder. Handle payroll, CPF contributions and IR8A. Liaise with suppliers and sales staffs on payment issues. Filing of Project invoices, all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable documents. Handle phone enquiries, emails, correspondences, … etc. Handle all other administrative duties of the office. Requirements Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Knowledge of Project costing. Proficient in Microsoft office software like Excel, Words, … etc. Able to start work immediately.
