Dear Globe: I have run out of four letter words for the likes of you. Inexplicably, my SIM conked out on me and your staff has the temerity to say that not only have you run out of the series required to reinstate my number, but you tell me that you are not even sure if you will get that stock next week, or maybe AT ALL. Now, Ive put up with your execrable service for the last half of the year, dropped messages, vanishing load, intermittent signals, and rude service people, to say the least. But to be told that I have to endure this lack of communication simply because you are incapable of managing your inventory is enough to wish the worst on your corporate head. In plain English, your service sucks and I hope you die a horrible, painful death.
