Dear God - we give thanks for the beauty of this day and for the beauty that each of us has right under our nose. Thank you for the beauty of the body that you have blessed each one of us with in this lifetime. Thank you for eyes to see all your beauty in the world. Thank you for ears to hear your beauty in the music that lifts our spirits .Thank you for a mouth to speak beautiful words to those who we meet each day. This day we honor your gift of a body to each one of us as our temple to honor. Guide us in the loving care of our bodies so that we may be healthy to help in sharing your blessings.
