Dear Government schools!!!! I feel embarrassed but helpless to inform you that nothing has changed for you even in this era of specialized educational trainings and programs. This time when you re-open after summer vacations, dont expect anything new and innovative in your classrooms. Dont ever believe that any 5-day training course has made your teachers sophisticated nor has it succeeded in building their capacities. Im not kidding or discussing any rocket science. Its a fact that you have been again betrayed in the name of abhiyans and missions. You know what......., your MATHEMATICS teacher has been asked to build his capacity in BIO-SCIENCE....., your URDU teacher is going to try his luck in SOCIAL SCIENCE... and so on. One of your teacher, whom I know, keeps changing subjects seasonally as a routine ; I mean in winters he is trained for English and in summers for History. And the drama continues..... I wish at the time of results, Maths teachers increment is stopped for under performing in Bio-science. Nadeem Bashir
