Dear Governor @Prof. Paul Kiprono Chepkwony, I take this time to welcome you home from your journey in Benin tonight with the speaker. I just want to keep you upto speed with the goings on the ground and matters that i know are close to your heart which must either be addresed or changed for prosterity. 1.The youth,women and the disable must be accomodated and given jobs and tenders so that they can feel part of your goverment. 2.Keep in mind that NO one is a superior supporter than the other and you should avoid any blackmail of the same. 3.Check out the loyalty and honesty to you and your administration from your trusted liutenants. 4.Your exellency, i urge you to keep your friends close and your enemies closer.Thats how you can pacify unwarranted attacks on your goverment. 5.Your presence in most functions either as yourself or through your liutenants is vital for your survival. either in harambees,funerals or even celebrations. The people must feel you are with them at all times. 6.I also feel that your support is dwindling in some parts of Soin, Ainamoi and Kipkelion. Step up your work rates their and rekindle your networks in those parts. 7.Subject your next mega project to a substantial public participation programe so that you dont get the backclash like that of the cattle dips/AI. 8.Some kipsigis elders are complaining about the recognition of only kipsigis TALAI community in the suit about land in kericho yet to be filed in london. They say it should be all inclusive.Investigate on that. 9.Your exellency,Information is power and please endevour to make your press/media office a one stop office for every information vital to the mwananchi. They should be able to bombard every social site,local radio stations and newspapers with needed information so that they can reach the furthest parts of our county. 10.Counter politics with politics not with politicians.You need to be seen leading your own political brigade that is politicaly sharp,smart,sly and dangerous and that will give you an edge to push your agendas through.
