Dear Homemade Sin fan Keith Christopher has been fighting a battle with his private demons for some while now. For the last few tours, his band mates could never be sure which Keith would show up on any given night, Keith the bass playing genius, or the other Keith. Of late though, the bass playing genius has failed to make any appearances. Everyone in the band, not least Keith himself have reluctantly had to accept that things could no longer continue as they have been. It would appear that Keith needs professional help and we are not qualified to give him that help. In fact, we feel that our current touring schedule is actually having a detrimental effect on Keiths ability to address his problems. We also feel that it would be unfair to fans, promoters, ourselves and Keith himself to deliver shows that we feel are substandard. Dan, Warner and Mauro each go back over thirty years with Keith and have tried everything within their power to avoid arriving at the decision that they have, which is to continue without Keith. Last nights show in Lledia took place as a three piece. We aim to continue from Madrid onwards with a replacement bassist.
