Dear International community, 3rd of January 2015 As the Commissioner and Head of Delegation; acting in accordance to articles A.1 sections 2,3,4 and A.3 sections 1-29 of the Constitution governing the Office of the Commissioner, an IGO and the wishes of the Member States. I hereby transmit the aforementioned Executive Memo bearing my signature and great seal. Further, I’m hereby writing to give overall support and authorization to the official processes of the United States of America Congress and fully referencing the House Resolution H.R 5656 entitled “Global Food Security Act of 2014”. A global program designed to assist the citizens of developing countries and those individual communities requiring assistance in the areas of Food, Water, and other life sustaining resources. Moreover, under the International Protocol- H.R 5656 Global Food Security Act of 2014 will feed and ensure a basic and fundamental right to life sustaining resources; as required by the articles of constitution and an enshrined responsibility of my good offices. The Office of the Commissioner, an IGO is duly happy with the progression of House Resolution 5656 entitled “Global Food Security Act of 2014” and truly proud of the joint sponsorship by Congressional Representatives Mr. Christopher Smith of New Jersey and Mrs. Betty McCollum of Minnesota for their support of the Human Family and the International Community, in general. Furthermore, it may be a national security policy of the United States of America to ensure global access to food and water resources. However, we must remain forever committed to the International Community, and ideas of the Human Family. As stated within the text of House Resolution 5656 “accelerate inclusive, agricultural-led economic growth that reduces global poverty, hunger and malnutrition, particularly among women and children. In addition, build resilience to food shocks among vulnerable populations and households, awhile reducing reliance upon emergency food assistance programs” “Create an enabling environment for agricultural growth and investment, including through the promotion of secure and transparent property rights. Improve the nutritional status of women and children with a focus on reducing child stunting and other debilitating medical issues”. Therefore, as the Commissioner and Head Of Delegation, acting in accordance to article A.1 sections 2, 3, and 4 of the constitution and as enshrined by the articles of the treaty on Civil and Political Rights, I hereby approve the text of United States of America House Resolution H.R 5656 entitled “Global Food Security Act of 2014” and duly believe its overall enforcement will ensure an everlasting commitment to the International Community and enshrine a positive access to food and water. In addition, other life sustaining resources. Moreover, I hereby apply my signature and the great seal of the Office of the Commissioner, an IGO for the strictest execution of this Executive Memo-19 entitled Furtherance of Food and Water Access for the betterment of the International Community and enshrining the ideas of the Human Family.
