Dear Jammer Press...oh how my glutes, quads, and abs love you. Especially when you get put into a superset with front squats. We will definitely be hanging out more this fall. All 225 lbs of you + more... The main things you want to focus on when doing this exercise is keeping you shoulders down, lats tight, and staying on your heels on the way down. As you go down with the weight, drop your hips down and back, keeping your belly button in (this gets your Abdominals on fire) and squeeze your glutes on the way down. On your way up, maintain that posture and activation of the muscles listed above, and follow through.
