The organization worldwide has been in existence for over 60 years and around 20 years in India and has an expert focus only on Asset Management. It is present across 33 locations in India and has an AUM of ~INR 50,000Cr. Position :- Business Development Associate (BDA) Key Responsibilities: • The BDA is required to manage the Sales process with the tagged relationships – National Distributors, Banks and IFAs • To meet the existing clients of the respective Banks and National Distributors for Mutual Fund sales • To present the products of Franklin Templeton to the clients in consultation of the distributor, completing the process after filling the application form and collecting the required documents. • To achieve the set targets as stated in the contract • To do a minimum of 6 meetings per day and report to the Manager with the daily transaction details • To report to the Manager as required daily, weekly and monthly basis Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline preferably commerce, business management and science Preference for candidates with existing valid Mutual Fund Distributor certification given by NISM Please note that for all shortlisted candidates without NISM certification, will be provided by an offer letter,which will be subjected to clearing the NISM exam, within 15days time or earlier. Experience: 0-3 years in Financial Services or Sales in any other Industry Skill Sets, Competencies: - • Ability and willingness to learn aspects of Mutual Fund products and distribution • Communication Skills and knowledge of the local language apart from English • Time Management • Basic working knowledge of Excel and Word Salary : As per company norms.
