Dear #Justdial, When someone calls your helpline to get an #emergency number - the fire brigade /ambulance service etc., please #wakeup from your slumber and provide the necessary information instead of asking Are you in business or service and Please rate us from 1-5, 5 being the highest. For the second time today, I had to deal with a robotic (and daft) response when faced by an emergency. Its a shame that your executives are not sensitized to deal with calls requesting for information on an urgent basis, specially when lives are at stake.
