Dear Karen and team, could you post anonymously please?... My son has been Very negative, quite disrespectful/rude in his dialogue with us and his grades at school have taken a slight slide... So, we sat him down and talked to him about it and how we could turn it around and he came up with a daily marking system of A to E and (his suggestion) Z. The letters then equate to points A+ = 9, A = 8, A- = 7, carrying on to C = 3, D = 2, E = 1, oh and Z = -5 (again his suggestion!). The school has also agreed very kindly to grade him on a daily basis too, so we are both working together, which is fab . My query to you, is what is a realistic target number on a weekly basis do you think? I am thinking possibly 35?... If he reaches his target then he gets a pack of match attax. If he reaches an upper level of ?? (49??) he gets 2 packs and if he achieves A+ every day he gets 3! I greatly look forward to getting your feedback, many thanks in advance.
