Dear Kemi Mayor, SkytrendNews Nigeria This post is in regard to Quote of The Day and I will like to go straight to the point. Why is it that only foreigners that you find their quote worthy on a group full of Nigerians? Are there no single Nigerian that ever said something reasonable in over 100yrs of the country existence? What about other African great leaders or African intellectuals? Are there no kings, queens, warriors, civilian in Nigeria or Africa that you can quote? What about Nigerian or African proverbs, are they not worthy of quotes? Even if you quote African American like Harriet Tubman, Martin Luther King Jr, Fredrick Douglas, Shirley Chisholm, Malcolm X and so on, I can still deal with it. As inferiority complex eaten so deep into our brain that we never see ourselves relevant or noble enough to share and appreciate our own good encouraging utterances. I think you get my point. Keep up the good work but whatever worth doing, worth doing well, says my Nigerian father. That is a quote for you.
