Dear Kohls, Thank you once again for the 30% off coupon- you know that gets me every time. I had every intention of being my usual good shopper self but instead thought Id do a little back to school shopping with my sixteen year old son. As a faithful consumer- please take the following suggestions to heart when preparing the young mens sections for any of our future forays into consumerism: 1) please put EVERY THING in one section - its very puzzling to teenage boys why you would have a section for belts away from the section for pants. 2) please only stock one style of pants , mostly because it just doesnt matter. 3) please strategically place fire extinguishers near registers- as I think my son would have spontaneously combusted had the cashier taken longer to process the transaction of 5 items. 4) save yourself time and hangers and simply pile all shirts, graphic Ts, polos, etc. into a massive heap near the exits- this display would put said teen son and his friends in a more comfortable setting and their eye would be drawn to exactly what they were looking for as they headed out the door- on the way to school, Church, practice- 5) the final suggestion I mentioned to other joyful mothers of teen boys near the fitting room( thanks for not having video games in there) and they concurred- you need a margarita machine and massage chairs for us moms!
